About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes provided, orders accepted and goods supplied by EVO Electric. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Trade pricing applies to approved trade account holders. We may revise a quote if product specifications, quantities or delivery requirements change, or if a supplier price change occurs before your order is confirmed.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once we accept it and payment terms are agreed. Unless you hold an approved trade account with credit terms, payment is required before dispatch. Custom-fabricated items — including custom switchboards — may require a deposit before manufacturing begins.
Custom Fabrication
Custom-fabricated products are manufactured to the specifications you confirm at order. Please check dimensions, configuration, colour and cut-outs carefully — custom items cannot be changed once manufacturing has started and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Delivery & Risk
We dispatch Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse. Freight costs and timeframes are confirmed with your quote. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.
Product Information & Compliance
Product descriptions, specifications and images on this website are provided in good faith and may change without notice. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm a product is suitable for the intended application and installed by appropriately licensed persons in accordance with applicable standards and network distributor requirements.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are handled under our Returns Policy and warranty claims under our Warranty policy, both available on this website. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, or refund of the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or delay costs.
