Meter Box Solutions
Working out which meter box a job needs — and where to get it fast — trips up plenty of Level 2 ASPs, builders and developers. This page walks through the enclosure problem and points you to the galvanised boxes, panels and hardware that solve it, all supplied from our Sydney factory.
The problem: matching the box to the job
Single meter or multi-meter? Flush or surface? 300x300 sub-metering or a 600x900 for a multi-phase commercial service? Getting the size, door and lead-opening right the first time is what keeps a job moving. Guess wrong and you're back to the wholesaler mid-install.
The products that fix it
We stock galvanised steel meter boxes from 300x300 to 600x900 with hinged lockable doors, plus AS 1795 bakelite panels cut to fit and the neutral links, service fuses and brackets that go inside. It's a metering enclosure solution off one order, not a scavenger hunt across three suppliers.
How ordering works
Tell us the meter count, phase and preferred size — or send a photo of the existing box for a like-for-like replacement — and we'll confirm stock and dispatch from Sydney. Non-standard enclosures are fabricated to order for renovation and heritage work.
