The supply brief
A contractor delivering a mid-rise Parramatta apartment building needed metering that could handle a bank of individually metered tenancies plus common-property supply. They asked EVO to supply the metering panels and enclosures as a coordinated package so the meter room would go together cleanly.
What EVO supplied
We supplied bakelite metering panels laid out for the tenancy count, along with the enclosures to house them. Phase identification and labelling were kept consistent across every position so the installation crew and the meter provider could work through the room without ambiguity. The package was built to suit the space the contractor had to work with.
Installation by the contractor
The building's electrical contractor installed the panels and enclosures, ran the sub-mains and arranged metering with the provider. EVO's role was supply and fabrication of the metering gear only — we did not carry out installation.
