Fairfield, Western Sydney 2 June 2026

What EVO Supplied

  • Custom floor-mounted main switchboard fabricated to the single-line diagram
  • Three phase main switch and distribution chassis
  • Form-segregated compartments for incoming and outgoing ways
  • Labelled busbar and cable zones for site termination

The supply brief

An electrical contractor fitting out a Fairfield warehouse needed a main switchboard built to a consultant's single-line diagram. Rather than build it on site, they engaged EVO to fabricate the board in our Sydney factory so their crew could focus on the installation. We worked from the supplied drawings and confirmed dimensions, ratings and the outgoing schedule before cutting steel.

What EVO fabricated

We fabricated a floor-mounted board with segregated compartments for the incoming main switch and the outgoing distribution ways, set out to AS/NZS 61439 principles. Busbar and cable zones were labelled to match the drawings so the contractor's electricians knew exactly where each circuit landed. The board left the factory tested for build quality and ready to transport.

Handover to the contractor

EVO delivered the completed board to site. From there the contractor's licensed electricians positioned it, ran and terminated the cabling, and carried out commissioning. EVO manufactured and supplied the switchboard; we performed no installation or on-site electrical work.
