Granny Flat Electrical Package
Adding a granny flat usually means a second metering point behind the existing property, and often a move to three phase supply for the extra load. EVO Electric packages the secondary-dwelling metering gear onto one quote so the electrician or Level 2 ASP orders everything the added dwelling needs in a single order from Regents Park.
What's typically in a granny flat package
A granny flat package brings together a meter box sized for the extra meter, a bakelite panel cut to the metering layout, a service fuse and a sealable neutral link. Where the added load pushes the property to three phase, we can include a pre-wired three phase board so the granny flat's switchboard side is ready to mount and terminate.
How the package is specified
Send the supply type, the meter count and whether the property is going three phase, and we confirm the box, panel and any board pre-wire to suit. If a custom switchboard is needed for the metering split, our fabrication team builds it to your drawing.
How ordering and delivery works
The metering and any board gear go on one quote and dispatch together. We stock standard boxes and cut panels to order in Sydney. EVO supplies and fabricates the gear; the property's contractors and Level 2 ASP install and connect the added dwelling.
